Our Social Distancing Policy
As we return to work in the midst of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, we here at RVSF Inc. want to assure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment. We are taking additional and necessary measures to protect you, your coworkers, and your families from the spread of COVID-19. As part of those efforts, we are implementing a new Social Distancing Policy with Safety Procedures.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has found that one of the most effective ways of preventing the spread of COVID-19 is limiting face-to-face contact with others, known as social distancing or physical distancing. The Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA) similarly recommends increased social distancing when preparing workplaces to respond to COVID-19. Our staff members get tested periodically for SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19), and we highly encourage our contractors to test as well, especially if our personnel is client-facing.
All clients, employees, crew, and visitors of RVSF Inc. who plan to be in close contact with our creatives, whether in the studio or out on the field, must carefully read and sign the following documents before visiting:
- RVSF Social Distancing Policy & Safety Procedures
- RVSF COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver for Clients & Guests
- RVSF Crew, Model & Talent Assumption of Risk
All three documents are included in our RVSF Social Distancing Policy & Safety Procedures PDF. This policy is a key part of our overall strategy and commitment to maintaining a healthy workplace in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Knowledge about the virus and how it spreads constantly evolves, and based on the information we have now, these measures will help curb its spread. Although we cannot guarantee that you will not fall ill, we will do everything in our power to prevent the spread of disease.

Option of a COVID-19 Compliance Officer
A COVID-19 Compliance Officer (CCO or C19CO) is a certified crew member assigned with the difficult task of making sure everyone on set of a video or photo production shoot, for example, follows social distancing, sanitation, and safety protocols. A CCO is not required to be present, but is highly recommended if the number of attendees on set exceeds 4 people. Please contact your RVSF Project Manager for details.
Be Flexible and Informed

Other good sources of related information that is updated regularly can be found at the US Chamber of Commerce, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB), World Health Organization (WHO), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention web sites.
